• Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or similar hotels.
• Daily Breakfast & Dinner at the houseboat.
• One Hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake once during the stay.
• Pick up and drop from Srinagar Airport by a private Non AC Car.
• All sightseeing by private Non AC Car as per the itinerary only.
• State tax, hotel tax, and Driver charge.
• All toll taxes. Drivers allowance. Parking charges.

Exclusions

• Air, Train or Bus fare from / to your originating city of stay.
• Any additional food other than the specified.
• Any additional sightseeing other than the fixed program.
• Items of personal nature viz, tips, laundry, room service, telephone, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages, room heaters, pony/horse rides, safaris, rafting, helicopter rides, additional sightseeing tours excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.
• Any kind of insurance.
• Entrance fees and guide charges, where ever applicable.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client directly).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Snow Jeep from Tangmarg to Gulmarg & back.
• 2nd Phase Gondola Ticket
• Thajiwas glacier trip at Sonmarg(as this sightseeing is done by Local Taxi stand at Sonmarg only or by ponies and Is on direct payment basis).
• Anything not specifically mentioned under the “Package Includes” section.

Payment Policy

JUST GO KASHMIR. ensures you that every transaction you conduct online is in a safe and secure environment. Our Website is secure using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology provided by network solutions. We do not capture any data pertaining to credit or debit card details on our site. All online payments are taken to the acquiring bank’s payment gateway site for completion of the transaction. Besides this the credit card or debit card information is not stored in any retrieval system or storage system.

PAYMENT:- For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to JUST GO KASHMIR.. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

BALANCE PAYMENT:- Balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Cancellation Policy

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

• 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
• 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
• 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
• 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
• 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Please note -

1. Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
2. In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
3. In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) - a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
4. Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.

• High Peak Season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan).
• Festival Period Bookings (Festivals like -Diwali, Duseera, Holi, Pushkar fair etc).
• Long Weekends Bookings.
