PAYMENT TERMS
After confirmation of any Package request: 50% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the respective services. 15 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour package cost required. 07 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required. All payments must be notified by an e-mail format only with attached transaction details. Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season. We will not entertain any credit facility.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only. Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date – No charge Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge Any cancellation between 30 Days – 21 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge Any cancellation less than 15 Days: 100% of tour fare charge
REFUNDS IF APPLICABLE
If your refund are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS IF APPLICABLE
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. DAY 01: ARRIVAL AT SRINAGAR SIGHTSEEING AND SHIKARA RIDE
Step into the most famous tourist destination of Kashmir, Srinagar! Arrive at the Srinagar airport or railway station where our representative will be waiting for your warm welcome. We will drive you to the hotel where you can relax and refresh after check-in. Later process for a sightseeing tour in Srinagar and explore its amazing attractions. We will take you to the famous Shalimar Bagh, a lovely garden built in 1619 by the Mughal emperor. There you will be greeted with amazing architecture, flowers, fountains and a peaceful environment.After that, visit the Chashme Shahi, another delightful garden known for its stunning terrace garden, amazing walkways, pools of water and different varieties of plants. At the end of the day, you will be driven back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 02: GULMARG DAY TRIP
On the day of the Kashmir tour, after having a toothsome breakfast, proceed to visit Gulmarg. Nestled in the foothills of Pir Panjal Range in the Western Himalayas, Gulmarg is popularly known as one of the best skiing destinations in the world. Encompassed by snow-clad mountains and high altitude peaks, this hill town boasts of housing Asia’s highest and longest cable car. This is a two-stage ropeway cable car with which you can visit Kongdoori Mountain, nearby Apharwat Peak, which is located at 4,390 m above sea level. Treat your eyes to the beautiful views of the snow-capped Himalayas and here you can indulge in horse riding. Also, enjoy hiking there to witness the breathtaking views of the surroundings. There is a golf course here which is the highest golf course in the world with 18 holes where you can enjoy golfing as well. On arrival, go for a Gondola ride and enjoy other adventure activities to make your trip memorable. Later in the evening, drive back to Srinagar. Have a scrumptious meal at the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.
DAY 03: SRINAGAR AIRPORT DROP
Today on time you get transferred to the Srinagar airport for your onward journey.
NOTE
Outside vehicles are not allowed in restricted points of Pahalgam, Sonamarg and Gulmarg. In Pahalgam restricted points are Aru valley, Betaab valley, Chandanwari. In Sonamarg restricted points Thajiwas Glacier and Zero Point. In Gulmarg during winter period if there is heavy snow in Gulmarg they our car will drop you at Tangmarg from there you have to hire snow jeep to Gulmarg at your own cost. However you can use vehicle for up and down from your hotel to market for dinner, lunch or shopping in those places. The rules are as per jammu and kashmir government, department of tourism law and apply for all tour outside vehicles companies.
